Anyone who needs a wheelchair can use it.

It has been used by many people who have come to Japan for sightseeing from overseas.

Our wheelchair rental service offers a range of options to accommodate different needs and preferences. Whether you're looking for a lightweight manual wheelchair or a powerful electric model, we have you covered.

Rental period and Rental fee

In-store Pickup

Please visit our store to return the wheelchair.

Rental periods and rates are as follows:

Models available for loan are subject to current availability.

  • Return on the same day of rental: 1 day (¥400)
  • Return the day after rental: 2 days (¥800)

When specified as self-propelled or assisted type.

  • Initial day 1900 yen, 400 yen/day thereafter

Delivery Service to Hotels

We also deliver to the hotels where the hotel staff is stationed.

Rental rates with delivery and collection service vary by region. Please use the estimate tool below for details.

For example, for a 2-day rental including the following services, the rental rates are as follows:

  • Delivery and pickup service to hotels in Osaka city: ¥7,200
  • Delivery and pickup service to hotels in Tokyo: ¥9,200

We do not deliver to airports or train stations.
Delivery and collection will only take place at hotels where hotel staff are on-site.

If you specify a product such as a large-sized wheelchair or electric wheelchair

If you specify a product, the rental fee will be charged in calendar month.

  • Wide Size Wheelchair (Seat width 46cm) : 5000 yen/calendar month
  • Electric Wheelchair JW Active PLUS+ : 28000 yen/calendar month

Expenses other than the rental fee

Security deposit

If you do not have an address in Japan, you will be charged a security deposit and an administrative fee.

  • Deposit: 19000 yen (per vehicle)
  • Administrative fee: 1000 yen

Payment method

CASH

The only currency accepted for payment at our store is the Japanese Yen.
In this case, the deposit will be refunded in cash (Japanese Yen).

PAYPAL

Customers other than store pickup and store return should pay using PayPal.
The deposit will also be refunded via PayPal.

  • Mon-Fri 9:30-18:30
  • We remain closed on Sundays and Saturdays.
  • We are closed on Japanese holidays.

  • Osaka Station/North Area : 20 to 50 minutes by car

Points to note when using a taxi

If you take a taxi, it may not be possible to put your wheelchair in the trunk of the car.
This is because the trunk may contain fuel gas cylinders.
In that case, they may load the wheelchair onto your seat, but it is safer to let the taxi driver know in advance that you are going to pick up the wheelchair.

    It comes equipped with an attendant brake, allowing the caregiver to use the handles for braking.
    Self-propelled wheelchair with a maximum charge of 3100 yen for the first month.

    With a 46cm wide seat and 130kg capacity, accommodates larger builds comfortably and reliably.
    Available at 5000 yen for a calendar month, within one month.

  • Wheelchair KJP-4 Image

    This is a multifunctional big size wheelchair that can handle up to 130 kg.
    Seat width is 45cm, cushion is standard.
    It is foldable and weighs 20.2 kg.

  • JwActivePLUS+

    JW Active PLUS+ is a joystick-type lightweight electric wheelchair.
    It can be switched between electric and manual operation, and can be used in different situations.
    Seat width: 40 cm, load capacity: 100 kg, maximum speed: 6 km, continuous travel distance: approx 15 km.

  • JwActivePLUS+

    Seat width: 46 cm, load capacity: 130 kg, maximum speed: 6 km, continuous travel distance: approx 15 km.
