Delivery & Setup
Advance reservation is required.
The power wheelchair will be delivered to your designated hotel or location by your rental start date.
Please ensure that your hotel agrees to receive and store the wheelchair prior to your arrival if necessary.
An instruction manual is included. Please refer to it for folding instructions and safe operation.
Taxi Information
This power wheelchair is foldable and fits in the trunk of most standard taxis.
However, some Japanese taxis (LPG vehicles) have a fuel cylinder in the trunk, which reduces available space.
In such cases, even when folded, the wheelchair may not fit.
We recommend requesting a "JPN Taxi" (universal design taxi) or a vehicle with a large trunk.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The WeeMO can be folded for transport and many customers use it when traveling by Shinkansen.
However, wheelchair space availability, boarding procedures, and luggage policies vary depending on the railway operator and train service.
Please contact the railway company in advance to confirm the latest requirements for your journey.
Delivery is limited to hotels in Osaka City.
Collection is available at hotels in major cities (same coverage as standard electric wheelchair rental), such as Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Fukuoka.
We accept same-day delivery requests until 4:00 PM Japan time on business days.
After you place your order, staff check stock and deliver the same day when available. Same-day delivery may not be possible depending on stock.
